The National Contract Management Association (NCMA) is pleased to announce the members of its 2017–2018 Contract Management Leadership Development Program (CMLDP).
“NCMA is excited to help develop the next generation of contract management leaders through the CMLDP,” said Michael Fischetti, NCMA Executive Director. “In recent years, some contract management positions have stayed unfilled for months because of a lack of qualified candidates. The CMLDP develops skills and keeps these professionals engaged.”
Program participants will receive 180 hours of top-quality training in fundamental leadership, association volunteerism, NCMA governance, and contract management during this intensive, year-long educational experience. Participants have four to eight years of contract management experience and do not yet hold a supervisory position.
Twenty-one students were selected for the program, which will begin in August 2017, and will culminate in the graduation ceremony at NCMA’s World Congress in Cleveland, Ohio, in July 2018. This will be the 13th year of the highly competitive program, which has trained over 250 students to date. The 2017–2018 CMLDP students are listed below:
